Hector Munoz

After over 18 years of international corporate experience, Hector has co-founded THE BUSINESS ADVISORY GROUP and is a Principal and Managing Partner in charge of the US offices. He is a strategic leader and entrepreneur with a successful background building and leading top performing teams in the area of business development.

Hector has enjoyed a very rewarding and extremely successful Corporate Development and M&A career with R.J. Reynolds Int'l and with JT Int'l, during which time he has orchestrated multi million-dollar corporate M&A projects, ranging from divestitures to international joint-ventures.

Hector is a big picture thinker, driven to impact bottom line and talented in leading cross-functional teams. As a former executive, he has proven to be an advanced negotiator, communicator and cultivator of key relationships at all levels of personnel, clients and executive management.

Hector has a BS degree from the Ecole Hoteliere of Lausanne and an MBA from The Advanced Institute of Management/AIM in Nyon, Switzerland. He also posses an extensive international business experience with fluency or working knowledge in 6 languages.

After over 19 years of international corporate experience, Patrick has co-founded THE BUSINESS ADVISORY GROUP and is a Principal and Managing Partner in charge of the Swiss and Canadian offices. He is a rounded senior executive with broad engineering, finance and marketing experience primarily in consumer goods industry.

Patrick started his career at Bell Canada working on Local Transmission Networks. He then spent a few years at TMS Consultants, a Strategy & Operations management boutique consulting firm. He Managed projects in Canada, USA, Italy, France, Portugal & Germany.

Patrick held various senior and executive management positions with R.J. Reynolds Int'l and with Japan Tobacco Int'l in Geneva, Switzerland where the company's global headquarters are based. Over a period of nine years he successfully strived in positions from Strategic Planning & Business Development, Brand Management and Global Marketing Strategy.  His most recent positions at JTI were Vice-President for Camel brand worldwide, and Global Vice-President Marketing Strategy, Planning & Innovation.

Most recently Patrick has been the CEO and founder of two European companies; PME Capital and European Property Investment (EPI).  PME Capital actively manages a portfolio of traded financial instruments and invests in private equity opportunities in Switzerland, France and Canada.  EPI selectively invests in prime rental properties in superior European locations.

Patrick has a B.Eng. degree in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique (University of Montreal) in Canada and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Dr. Anoop RAI
Dr. Rai is currently a Professor at the Frank G. Zarb School of Business - Hofstra University (Hempstead, NY). He teaches finance to MBA and graduate students.
Professor Rai's current research interest centers around international banking and financial markets. His articles have been published in the Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of International Money and Finance, Journal of Economics and Business, Journal of Futures Markets, Journal of Financial Research Services, Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions and Money, Financial Management and Journal of Risk and Insurance. He has presented papers at several national and international finance conferences.
